Application:AISI D3 Alloy Tool Steel
High performance cutting tools for steet upto 4mm thickness,trimming dies,blanking dies for paper and plastic ,shear blades for cutting light gauge material ,threat rolling dies,drawing,deep drawing,pressure pads and highly wear-resistant plastic moulds.
Mainly used to withstand the impact load is smaller, and require high abrasion resistance Die and punch, cold-cut scissors, drill sets, gauges, drawing die, pressure diethread rolling board, drawing die thread rolling die.
Technique :
EF/ESR+forged+hot rollede+annealed
Surface treatment:black/machined/turned/grimded
Cr12 steel,D3 steel,1.208 steel
Heat treatment specifications:
1) quenching oil cooling, 950 ~ 1000 °C;
2) quenched 980 ° C, cold oil, tempering 180 °C 2h. Microstructure: tempered martensite and undissolved carbides, retained austenite
Delivery status: steel delivered in the annealed condition
